Student Conference on Microbial Communication

The conference aims at young scientists from different life science disciplines. We would like to bring people from all disciplines together to discuss the newest achievements in the field of microbial communication.

Microorganisms interact and communicate with their environment in various ways. With regards to this complexity of interactions we structure the conference in five broader parts tackling the interaction of microoganisms with ..

  1. ... Micoorganisms

  2. ... Humans

  3. ... Higher Organisms, e.g. Plants, Insects, etc.

  4. ... Environment

  5. And one session about Bioinformatics and Physics which play an important role in developing methods and models for the analysis of microbial communication.

There will be a session for each section, introduced by a keynote lecture and a workshop given by a renowned scientist of the respective field.
